Job Details
Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:
- The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will provide quality patient care to the full lifespan
- Responsible for appropriate assessments and evaluations of patients, prescribing medication, counseling patients as well as detect and diagnose adverse drug reactions
- Maintains and evaluates medical charts to determine appropriate patient care follow up and education regarding acute and chronic illnesses
- Accurately and completely charts information regarding patient interactions in to the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program and/or Physician Assistant Program.
- Family Practice Certification
- Board certification
- CO License or eligible for licensure
