Job Details
Nurse Practitioner, FNP:
- Delivers comprehensive patient care in collaboration with the Physician
- Performs physical exam, assessment, laboratory procedures, screenings, etc.
- Documentation of medical history
- Collaborates with Physician to coordinate plan of care
- Provides education to patients and family, preventative care, etc.
Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active MA license
- Prefer 1 or more years clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Clinic setting or related specialty
- Must be able/willing to treat full lifespan (0-100+ yrs)
- Bilingual a plus
- Active MA license
