SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a Level 4 NICU. Responsibilities include planning treatment goals, improving patient outcomes, and educating healthcare professionals. The role requires autonomy and coordination of care for critically ill patients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree in Critical Care or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program
- One year of CRNP experience
- Current CRNP license in Pennsylvania
- National certification as an advanced practice nurse
- Knowledge of critical care protocols
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification preferred.
