This role involves providing direct and indirect care to elderly participants, managing complex clinical situations, and collaborating with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting health assessments and patient education.
• Ordering and interpreting lab tests.
• Coordinating daily participant care.
• Mentoring medical students and residents.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in nursing and RN licensure.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience, preferably with elderly populations.
