Responsibilities

Ascension St Vincent is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner preferably with Occupational Medicine experience to join our Employee Wellness Clinic at Honda in Greensburg, Indiana. Position includes all functions of Occupational Medicine: pre-employment physicals/post-offer screening, drug screens, DOTs, diagnosis and treatment of work related injuries, post-accident treatment and review, medical, screening & surveillance, prevention and early prevention, minor non work related acute care. Honda Occupational Health - partnership with Honda, Opportunities to lead and assist with clinic transition, no call/no weekends, options for shifts (work hours), Opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians (Clinical/admin support, AT, PT, Imaging, etc.)

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the National Certification Corporation (NCC) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
