Job Details
Nurse Manager - PACU
- Leading Trauma Center & Magnet Hospital
- The Nurse Manager will work in collaboration with the Director to oversee staffing, budgets, policies & procedures, quality improvement, foster a positive work environment and drive positive change across the department
Qualifications:
- BSN Degree Required
- MSN or Master’s Degree preferred
- Qualified candidates will have 3 or more years progressive Management experience in PACU, Recovery Room, Pre/Post Op Services, Pre-Admit Testing, etc.
- Proactive and forward-thinking team leader
- TX RN license or ability to gain state licensure
- ANCC Certification
