We are seeking a Manager (RN) CVOR for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:
You will assist the Director of Surgical Services with all department activities to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long range plan, mission, vision, and values of the facility.
You will assist in coordinating the department's participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement.
You will ensure that nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluates the effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
You will provide clinical support to the nursing staff.
You will demonstrate team work, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the Surgical Services team.
What qualifications you will need:
MUST HAVE RECENT (Within the last year) 3-5 years of leadership experience in the CVOR *would accept charge nurse experience
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification is required.
CNOR is preferred.

Who does this position report to? Currently this position reports Sam Pena (COO) until the director position is filled.

How does your interview process work? Recruiter is going to conduct phone screening. If qualified, then the candidate's information will be sent to the COO and If he would like to move forward, then a virtual interview is scheduled. After the 1st interview is complete, they'll connect with the candidate on next steps of the interview process.
