Nurse Manager - Mental Health - Valeo Resources, LLC

Valeo Resources has partnered with a mental health treatment organization in Forney, TX and we're currently seeking candidates for a full-time Nurse Manager! In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day nursing operations in an outpatient mental health treatment center treating teens and adolescents.

Position: Nurse Manager

Location: Forney, TX

Schedule: M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management
• Provide direct supervision to full time, part time and PRN nursing staff.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care
• Occasional travel to local satellite facilities for coverage as needed

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with at least 1 year in a management/supervisory role
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited college or university required
• Active RN license in the state of TX
