Job Details
Nurse Manager, Critical Care / ICU
- Leading Trauma Center & Teaching Hospital
- The Nurse Manager will work in collaboration with the Director of Critical Care Services to oversee staffing, budgets, policies & procedures, quality improvement, foster a positive work environment and drive positive change across the department
Qualifications:
- BSN Degree Required
- Qualified candidates will have 3 or more years progressive Supervisory / Management experience
- Proactive and forward-thinking team leader
- TX RN license or ability to gain state licensure
- ANCC Certification
