This leadership role involves managing resources to ensure quality, cost-effective care for patients. Essential Duties:

• Develop and implement quality standards for patient care.
• Ensure seamless patient transitions and establish partnerships with hospital leadership.
• Monitor nursing staff performance and maintain regulatory readiness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of nursing management experience in a psychiatric setting.
• Active Oregon RN license or eligibility for endorsement.
• Bachelor's degree required; MSN preferred.
