SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating and ensuring onboarding of all new CC staff as well as providing clinical education to new employees. Collaborating with clinical leaders and other Interdisciplinary Team members in providing required in-service training to new & existing employees which meet or exceed standards and which meet local state and federal regulations.

- Must be a strong team player and be skilled at developing teams and fostering teamwork.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate of a Registered Nurse program of college or university.
- BSN or Masters in Nursing/Education is preferred
- Strong computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office, internet and web applications,
- Extensive experience with electronic medical record preferred.
- Current licensure with State Board of Examiner of Nurses as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/First Aide training preferred.
