• Must be willing to cross-credential between Kershaw, Columbia Downtown, and Columbia Northeast facilities

• Licenses: Active South Carolina license

• Certifications: Relevant CRNA certifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Epic EMR system

• Perform anesthesia services across the Midlands Region facilities

• Provide flexible coverage based on facility needs

• Optionally take call 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and APs

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures

• Complete hospital modules during orientation
