+ Schedule: Full-time, 1.0 Days, M-F 1st shift with varied start time rotation of 630a-3p, 7a-330p and 730a-4p. No weeknight or holiday calls. Limited weekend cardiac stress testing rotation

Responsibilities
Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures providing quality images to radiologists and physicians for interpretation.
+ Maintain and operate cameras that detect and map radioactive drugs in a patient's body to create diagnostic images.
+ Position patients and select anatomic and technical factors accurately.
+ Order, prepare, administer, and dispose of radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols.
+ Follows radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
+ Ensure prompt submission of high-quality of all images and documents sent to PACS (image quality, correct lead markers and patient data/history).
+ Ensure equipment is properly functioning. Report potential problems or equipment malfunction to appropriate personnel. Lock/tag out equipment if appropriate.
+ Assist in maintaining a clean, and orderly department.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
+ One or more of the following required:
+ Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
+ Radiologic Technologist specializing in Nuclear Medicine credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. General Radiography is also required in addition to Nuclear Medicine. State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board required.
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
