Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for February 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 12, 13, 17, 19, 20, 24, 25, & 27 at their Corporate Health clinic in Frankfort, KY. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness services. Hours are 8:00am-4:00pm; provider will work 8:00am-12:00pm at one clinic and 1:00pm-4:00pm at sister clinic nearby.
