We are seeking a dedicated NP/PA specializing in Nephrology to join our team in Rome, GA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients with kidney-related conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans

Manage chronic kidney disease and other nephrology-related conditions

Perform procedures as needed and monitor patient progress

Educate patients and families on disease management

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program

Current NP or PA license in Georgia

Experience in nephrology preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
