We're Hiring for the Following Roles:
Hourly Home Health Aide / Personal Care Assistant
- Flexibility You Need: Choose from a variety of shifts—day, evening, and weekends—to fit your schedule and lifestyle.
- Competitive Pay: Earn between $19.00 and $20.00 per hour.
- Part-time and Full-time Available: Whether you're looking for additional hours or a full-time career, we've got opportunities for you.
Live-In Home Health Aide / Personal Care Assistant
- Stability and Support: Provide continuous care to clients while living with them during scheduled shifts.
- Attractive Rates: Enjoy the stability of consistent hours and competitive pay.
- Build Relationships: Engage with clients and provide support that truly makes a difference.
What We're Looking For:
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification in New York State.
- Compassion and Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and enhance their quality of life.
- Willingness to Obtain Required Documents: Current medicals/vaccinations, drug screening or Habituation Form.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hourly Positions: Assist with personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and light housekeeping during scheduled shifts.
- Live-In Positions: Offer round-the-clock care, assistance, companionship, and support during your live-in shifts.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities, maintain care records, and communicate any changes in the client's condition.

- Weekly Paychecks: Direct deposit or paper check—choose what works for you.

- Medical/health coverage (after 1 year and 1,560 hours worked)
