• Starting Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour + Tips! (Tips add $2-$3 per hour on average)

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Team: Support, train, and motivate your crew to deliver exceptional guest service
• Create Memorable Experiences: Ensure guests enjoy their time with us, every time!
• Operations Pro: Handle cash, oversee transactions, and maintain Costa Vida's food and safety standards
• Keep it Fresh: Prepare food from scratch to our high standards and keep the environment clean and welcoming
• Team Support: Assist the General Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including closing procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Customer-Focused: You love making people smile and enjoy solving problems
• Reliable: Open availability Monday through Saturday is a plus
• Leadership Skills: Experience is great but not required - we'll train you!
• Passionate About Food: You care about quality and making sure everything looks and tastes amazing
