Sales Representative - Northwest Iowa Territory

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the sales territory in Northwest Iowa. You will set and achieve sales targets, develop strategic sales plans, and cultivate relationships with customers to drive revenue growth. This role reports to the Business Manager and offers a competitive commission structure with a guaranteed base pay.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a successful business plan to meet and exceed sales goals.
Expand our presence with existing and new product offerings to both current and prospective customers.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers, distributors, and end users.
Manage key client accounts and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors.
Actively engage in sales activities and initiatives to promote company products and services.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers.
Requirements:
Associate degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Minimum of five years of sales experience.
Ability to travel up to 80% with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of success in a sales role.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience in sales forecasting and customer relationship management.
Ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively.
Active chauffeur's license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
Remote position with the requirement to reside in or near the Northern Iowa area.
