About the Job
Our client, a manufacturer in the building materials industry is looking for a Territory Rep to cover their Northeast Territory.
The territory consists of (Maryland up through New England).
This position is selling to cabinet manufacturers, office furniture manufactures, closet manufacturers and through distribution. They do not sell direct to the public.
You will be responsible for being on the road in your territory 3-4 days a week and the other 1-2 days are home office based.
Required Experience:
• 5+ years outside sales experience.
• 3+ years building material sales experience, selling to the K&B, closet or cabinet manufacturers.
• Ability to travel 3-4 days a week within the territory.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
