About the Job
ABOUT:
Mid-Size Surgical Device Company Expanding and adding on more Regional Managers.
- This will be managing the Northeast Region (which goes in the Midwest).
- managing a team of 6-7 senior-level surgical sales reps who are responsible for selling an elite surgical product line to multiple surgical specialties in the OR.
- Will be responsible for high-level business responsibilities that come with a growing division, beyond just managing the team (forecasting, P&L).

REQUIREMENTS
- MUST BE CURRENTLY MANAGING A TEAM OF SURGICAL SALES REPS
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE MANAGING A SURGICAL SALES TEAM
- Must be willing to be in the field 3-4 days a week with the team
- Must know how to manage performance based on sales data and be willing to do a presentation based on such
- Must have a proven track record of success in managing a team, we are looking for people leaders
- Must have a clean resume with good tenure in each position.
