**Position Summary:**
We are currently seeking a dynamic and confident individual to join our team as the **Northeast Regional Director**. This is a fully remote position.
As the **Northeast Regional Director**, you will play a pivotal role as a real estate advisor for our Northeast market. Your responsibilities will include cultivating existing networks, as well as establishing new relationships to generate leads for both on-market listings and off-market transactions. Working closely with our nationwide sales team, you will leverage their expertise and client base to gain a comprehensive understanding of transactions not only in your region but across the nation. We will provide you with the necessary resources to establish yourself as a successful sales advisor, catering to the operational, transactional, and financing needs of clients in the New England region. The ideal candidate will be committed to business growth, capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations, and consistently exude a positive and professional demeanor. Success in this role will depend on your eagerness to learn, passion for the industry, and drive to facilitate deals.
While we prefer candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Northeast, remote work with regular monthly travel to the region is also acceptable. Compensation for this role will consist of a $40,000 draw plus commission, heavily weighted toward commission based on production. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Proactively source new leads through cold calls and other outreach methods.
- Utilize our existing CRM system to organize and manage client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the national sales team to identify potential new clients.
- Develop a thorough understanding of commercial real estate transactions.
- Foster relationships with major operators, buyers, and real estate professionals in the market.
- Stay abreast of institutional quality assets and transactions in the market to drive market knowledge.
**The Successful Applicant:**
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to succeed.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in finance or real estate).
- 0-5 years of experience in sales or service-oriented business (real estate experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of real estate investment fundamentals.
- Exceptional organizational, management, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- Capacity to remain focused and handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
