What the day will look like
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Establish strong rapport with NE leaders and all colleagues, be the face of NE team (Good to Great Culture leader) and collaborate to develop and execute the organization’s strategic priorities.
- Help prepare for client meeting and client events
- Monitor performance against key business objectives and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Be informed of financial performance, operational metrics, and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, briefings, and reports for Northeast Regional Leadership teams
Operational Leadership
- Oversee the operational cadence of the organization, including planning and managing leadership team meetings, quarterly business reviews, and cross-functional initiatives
- Bi-Weekly meetings with ML’s, Finance, Broking, AMATs
- Partner with key stakeholders (Growth Ops, Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.) to ensure the effective execution of strategic initiatives (interns, apprentices, etc)
- Lead the planning on key events and meetings
- NE Monthly Leader meeting– Assist with agenda/content creation and share out to executive leadership
- NE Producer Calls/Meetings-help arrange
- NE Town Hall content prep and presentations 3-4 times a year
- MBR - Meeting presentation, liaise with NE Sales Growth Leader/Head of finance
- Partner with marketing on ticketing management and ROI Reporting
- Oversee all client events and sporting engagements/ contracts
Program Management & Special Projects
- Take notes at all NE meetings internal and insurer and client meetings
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Manage competing priorities across teams and provide guidance on resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices.
Leadership & Team Enablement
- Visit offices with every few months engage in local events. Activities, etc.
- Act as a thought partner to the Northeast Regional providing insights and recommendations on key business challenges.
- Facilitate collaboration and foster alignment across diverse teams.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, enhancing leadership capabilities and overall team performance.
Partner with Growth Ops team on New Business Initiatives / Growth:
- Strategize on prospect/client events in the NE
- Gather regular feedback from salesforce
- Strategize new business plays with NE Region Leader, RSL, Market Leaders, RSDs, etc.
- Opportunity Day, local growth initiatives
- Business planning per market

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $155,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
