Responsibilities
- As the Regional Director, you will be responsible for effectively managing over 10 culinary departments.
- This pivotal role involves overseeing team coordination, fostering strong relationships, and supporting each of the centers.
- Maintain the highest level of working relationships with all departments and colleagues.
- Oversee and respond to all grievances from residents and families when requested.
- Create a harmonious work environment with a can-do attitude and hands on approach with resolutions and problem solving.
- Ensure all facilities are survey ready with local / state / federal compliance.
Qualifications
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required.
- ServSafe Food Manager certification required; ability to obtain local certifications for Massachusetts.
- 3+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years being in a senior management role with P&L or full budget responsibility.
- Demonstrated understanding of food service financials, managing cost, and defining budgets.
- Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and meat ticket systems.
- Able to travel throughout the New England region.
- Knowledgeable in all regulatory CMS, FEDERAL and local regulations.
- Some weekends and holiday work when necessary.
