Trusted Staffe is actively seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Noninvasive Cardiologist to join a esteemed regional medical center. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in both hospital and outpatient settings, utilizing the latest technologies and practices in noninvasive cardiology.
Job Classification: Permanent - Full Time
Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive patient care in noninvasive cardiology including echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, vascular noninvasive studies, and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).
Balancing outpatient clinic responsibilities with hospital inpatient rounding.
Reading and interpreting non-invasive cardiovascular studies.
Performing TEE and participating in procedures such as Watchman and electrical cardioversions.
Contributing to the education of medical students, potentially including those from nearby institutions.
Qualifications:
A Medical degree and completion of a residency in Cardiology.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Noninvasive Cardiology. Additional certification in Echo and Nuclear Cardiology is highly desirable.
Licensed, or eligible for licensure, as a physician in the State of Pennsylvania.
ACLS certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
