Non-Profit Quality Assurance Officer
Full Time, Exempt (40 hours/week)
Salary Range: $67,000 – $77,000 DOE annually

Christian Family Care (CFC) is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Officer to oversee organizational performance, reporting, quality improvement, risk management, and policies/procedures for the entire organization, both programmatically and operationally, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. This position pays a competitive salary of $67k – $77k annually, depending on experience/education and provides a flexible benefits package which can include health insurance, disability insurance, paid vacation and holiday, mileage reimbursement, and retirement plan.
An overview of job functions of this position include:
- Oversight of the CFC PQI program and related duties of the QA Specialist.
- Manage the maintenance and compliance of accreditation and regulatory standards, implement the renewal of accreditation.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Risk Management Program for the organization.
- With the support of the Business Intelligence team, prepare reports/summaries regularly to leadership and board about all agency outcomes.
- In partnership with leadership, develop and present recommendations for system-level program, policy, or procedural changes.
- Supervisory responsibility of the QA Specialist, Facilities Coordinator, Business Intelligence Manager and QA/QC interns, if applicable
If you have at least five years of experience in social services, behavioral health and/or education including program planning, implementation, evaluation, or quality improvement and a master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field please apply now.
