Compensation: $25.69 - $27.88 an hour
Job Summary: The Tree Care Industry (TCIA) is currently in search of an experienced manager for our Certified Tree Care Safety Professional (CTSP) program. This role requires a qualified professional to oversee the operations and ensure quality assurance of the CTSP program. Additionally, the chosen candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customer success, assisting companies and individuals utilizing our program.

What You’ll Do:
- Managing individual records using various database platforms and services as appropriate, including workshop attendance.
- Handling program exam data and other entries with confidentiality.
- Maintaining transcripts, certificates, and communications related to program requirements.
- Assisting CTSPs with credential renewal.
- Managing Continuing Education Unit (CEU) data and assisting with categorization and processing.
- Overseeing the maintenance and improvement of the product's quality, including database management, upgrade implementations, data integrity, security, quality, and reporting.
- Enforcing relevant certification policies.
- Ensuring the security of test and question libraries.
- Maintaining quality control of records handling.
- Overseeing program tasks and data analysis.
- Reviewing existing training programs and suggesting enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention to meet the changing needs of members, organizations, or the industry.
- Maintaining knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, as well as training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
- Processing orders, refunds, and payments when necessary.
- Overseeing CTSP inventory to meet the needs of the program.
- Adhering to the Remote Work Policy and attending TCI EXPO as requested.

Physical Demands: The primary functions of this position require physical ability and mobility to work in various events and office settings, including prolonged periods of standing or sitting. The individual must be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs.). This role involves physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and movement of your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Direct supervisory experience required.
- Related experience with an association, non-profit organization, or similar.
- Familiarity with Continuing Education Unit (CEU), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and recertification management.
- Be a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills that enable you to handle multiple projects and demands promptly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with employees at different levels, and excellent customer service skills.
