Non-Profit Counsel | Low Hours - Above the Bar

This purpose-driven boutique law firm seeks an Associate or Counsel level attorney to join its tightly-knit team. The firm focuses exclusively on non-profit law, offering low billable hours (1680) and a culture of kindness and collegiality. The team is composed mainly of attorneys who previously practiced at AmLaw 100 firms (i.e. Sidley Austin, Paul Weiss, Latham), but wanted more balance and meaningful work. The firm has 35+ years of experience counseling a variety of clients that include major universities, non-profit media providers, and environmental organizations. They also work with Fortune 500 companies (Adobe, SalesForce, Oracle, Charles Schwab) in structuring their non-profit foundations.

The desired candidate should have an interest in non-profit law and significant transactional law experience (ideally in corporate law and/or tax law).

Base compensation DOE, $200k-250k, plus 5% 401(k) matching and bonus potential.
