Job Details

Responsibilities:

Review and process accounts payable in a timely manner
Ensure correct coding of invoices, payment vouchers, expense reports, check requests, etc., for appropriate data entry into the financial system.
Investigate and resolve issues associated with the processing of invoices
Prepare checks, wire transfers, and ACH transactions as payments are approved
Resolve inquiries, from both internal and external stakeholders
Handle all vendor correspondence and maintain current vendor contact information
Review, reconcile, and report on the corporate purchasing card program
Distribute and maintain records and reports
Assist in compiling information and preparing responses during the annual independent financial audit
Issue 1099s annually for vendors
