Asset Management Expertise:
- 5+ years Asset Management experience: The candidate has in-depth experience in the asset management industry, which is critical for understanding investment processes, performance metrics, and client requirements.
- 3+ years Front Office Investment Management project delivery experience: This indicates hands-on involvement in managing and delivering projects specifically within front office investment management, likely focusing on portfolio management, trade execution, or investment research systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: The candidate can clearly communicate complex ideas, both in writing and orally, which is crucial in project management, especially when dealing with stakeholders across locations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently, potentially dealing with conflicts, system errors, or process inefficiencies that arise in front office functions.

- Managed senior sponsors (minimum 2 years): Proven track record of engaging senior sponsors, ensuring alignment, and keeping them informed of project progress or issues.
- Soft skills to motivate people and navigate a complex global environment: Leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and navigate challenges in a multinational context.
- University degree: A solid educational background, likely in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
