Network Operations (NOC) Analyst
Length: 1 year contract (long term contract)
Shift: Split shift from 10a-10p. Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday.
Location: Onsite in San Antonio, TX

Company & Group Details of Network Operations Analyst
- The Network Operations Analyst is part of collaborative team that monitors network and device connectivity, troubleshoots incidents through a ticketing system, supports corporate applications, and assists with project related upgrades and deployments. The role will be responsible for maintaining procedural standards and organizational expectations.
Responsibilities of Network Operations Analyst:
- Monitor and support the companies wide area network infrastructure
- Maintain a high level of process documentation and support.
- Light hardware setup capabilities, troubleshooting network equipment.
- Monitor and support wireless network and VOIP, as well as core applications
- Monitor and provide incident management for data centers, labs, storage and recovery sites
Requirements for Network Operations Analyst:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years experience in a network operations environment, data center, or demonstrated, relatable technical and organizational experience
- Must be able to interact with technical peers as well as business partners
- Experience troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper equipment, and experience with Windows OS
- Experience with Solar Winds
- Cisco/ Networking Certifications preferred.
- Microsoft or other server Administration preferred (such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, PowerShell, etc.)
