We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Consulting Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to join our fast-paced technology team. This exciting role will place you at the forefront of our operations, where you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting our expansive network infrastructure. With your keen analytical skills and passion for technology, you will play a critical role in ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently, while also providing valuable insights for continuous improvement. If you thrive in a challenging, innovative environment and have a proven track record in NOC monitoring, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage the health and performance of our network systems, using advanced NOC monitoring tools.
2. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams, providing detailed documentation and analysis.
4. Participate in the development and implementation of network maintenance and upgrades.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to our internal teams and external stakeholders.
6. Analyze network performance data and generate comprehensive reports.
7. Contribute to the development and refinement of NOC procedures and protocols.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability, security, and efficiency.
9. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in network technology.
**This role is onsite in Richmond, Virginia.
