The Nursing Supervisor will function as the frontline nursing manager to their assigned unit(s). This individual will provide leadership and support to clinical staff, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed. The Night shift supervisor will see that residents are kept safe and well-maintained throughout the night shift. Ensure that orders and treatments are completed by nursing staff. Aslo will assist with management compliance and auditting. 

• Must have an active and unencumbered RN/LPN license in the State of Ohio.
