Desired Skillsets
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Proficient in drywall patching, hanging, and finishing.
- Familiarity with metal stud framing.
- Proficient at painting.
- Familiarity with different types of commercial flooring and installation techniques.
- Demonstrates strong fine carpentry and "handyman" skills.
- Strong client-facing communication skills to assess situations and discuss scopes of work.
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed.
Candidates should have the following:
- Stable job history
- Good references
- Dependable to be at work and on time, and have a reliable means of transportation to a healthcare campus in Jacksonville, Fl.
The full compensation package is based on candidate experience and qualifications.
