Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must possess excellent verbal, written and electronic communication and listening skills.

Proven ability to adapt to varying situations and lead/ train the team when under pressure.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must have a clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must be 21 or older to operate the company van.

Possess a valid driver's license and pass a driving record check.

Three to six months’ customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Experience auditing/cashier in hospitality environment.

Required to be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Basic mathematical skills

Word and Excel proficient

Outlook

Physical Requirements:

 Prolonged periods of standing.

 Must be able to transfer luggage from vehicle trunks to bell carts and to guest rooms, ranging up to 40lbs.

Acquiring extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.

Knowledge of property management system, EZ Links, Abacus, and Jonas (or similar) applications
