A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT AUDITOR
As an entry-level Night Auditor at Hilton Garden Inn Ogden, you can expect to work varying nights during the graveyard shift. You're responsible for ensuring our guests have a smooth check-in and check-out experience at the front desk. You register guests, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests to make their stay exceptional. You also assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations, handle cash, credit, and check transactions. Keeping the front desk clean and presentable is important, and you handle it with ease.
With attention to detail, you audit guest and group accounts, post room and tax charges, and run necessary computer reports for accounting documents. It's a job that keeps you busy, and you love how time flies during the graveyard shift!
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A NIGHT AUDITOR?
- 18+ years of age
- The ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide hospitality with a smile
