The 4 Seasons Miscuano Island and its amenities include a delightful 9 hole golf course, spa, indoor saltwater swimming pool, tennis court, and much much more.   Tucked into the north woods of Wisconsin, the 4 Seasons Miscuano Island is located on the 100 acre Miscauno Island in the Menominee River – which divides Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor. This role serves the key hours where service is of utmost importance, typically from 11pm to 7am.

The Night Auditor is to provide friendly, efficient registration, guest check out, and information to all guests, fellow employees and visitors.

• This is a full-time overnight position.

• $14.00 per hour.

• Weekend availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests as they arrive and depart, and check guests in/out of hotel.

• Interact with staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.

• Assist with collecting and storing luggage from guests arriving and departing.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Previous hotel experience preferred.

• Good computer skills.
