Position: Night Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM) assist with check-ins reservations and inquiries.
• Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
• Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
• Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• Skills: Proficient in Windows spreadsheets and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
• Attributes: Friendly service-oriented with excellent communication and detail-oriented.

Welcome to the Hampton Inn Abilene hotel. Conveniently located ten minutes south of downtown, our hotel in Abilene, Texas offers easy access to state highways 83 and 84. Travelers will be within walking distance of the Mall of Abilene, which offers fantastic shopping and dining opportunities. Guests can make themselves at home in our hotel in Abilene, TX that offers 63 guest rooms featuring king- or queen-sized beds. All guest rooms have a large desk with an ergonomic chair.
