Think of N4H as a healthtech start-up with backing of EY’s brand and depth, focused on the payer and provider markets. We need team players with an entrepreneurial mindset to work with our existing and new customer base to help grow N4H into the industry leading platform.
Join our innovative team as a Senior UX/UI Designer, where technology meets design to create engaging user experiences. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by analyzing user behaviors and crafting designs that enhance product performance in usability, accessibility, and desirability. Your contributions will directly influence the return on technological investments and elevate user satisfaction across a variety of platforms.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll contribute to project delivery by executing activities that align with our strategic goals. You'll tackle complex design challenges, apply user-centric principles, and lead by example, often coordinating junior staff efforts. Expect to engage with clients daily, actively participate in sessions, and potentially lead workstreams. You'll also support sales initiatives and respond to RFPs. This role requires occasional travel to meet client needs.
Skills and attributes for success
+ Demonstrated ability to apply Design Thinking, Facilitation, Prototyping, and User Research techniques
+ Proficiency in Complex Problem-Solving and Client Relationship Management
+ Emotional Agility to navigate and thrive in a dynamic environment
+ Expertise in Accessibility, Agile Delivery, Design Patterns, and User Experience Design
+ Proficiency in Technology Business Requirements Definition, Analysis and Mapping, and Web Analytics
To qualify for the role, you must have
+ A Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
+ At least 2 - 4 years of relevant professional UX/UI experience
+ Demonstrated experience in Design Thinking and Facilitation
+ Proven experience ideating designs from low to high-fidelity wireframes including Prototyping
+ Ability to solve complex problems and manage client relationships
+ Advanced knowledge in Design Patterns, Accessibility standards and Agile Delivery methodologies
+ Proficiency in Wireframing and Information Architecture
+ Advanced experience in Design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Ideally, you’ll also have
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
+ A strong passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
+ A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
+ Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
+ A basic understanding of front-end development languages to foster clear communication with engineering teams
+ Experience with user research methods and passion to advocate for research processes.
+ Knowledge of topics related to data analytics and wealth and asset management.

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $99,200 to $163,800. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $119,000 to $186,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
