Job Summary:
As a New Vehicle Sales Associate at Grogan's Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Toledo, Ohio, you will be responsible for selling new vehicles to customers, helping them to find their perfect car, and achieving monthly sales goals. This is a full-time, commission-only position in the fast-paced and exciting automotive industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $120,000 per year, based on performance and the number of vehicles sold. In addition to competitive pay, this position also includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to close deals and achieve monthly sales goals
- Follow up with potential and existing customers in a timely and professional manner
- Keep up-to-date on current and new vehicle models, features, and accessories
- Stay up-to-date on financing options and effectively communicate them to customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
- Participate in training programs and meetings to stay informed about company and industry updates
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales role preferred but not required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of basic computer and CRM software
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
