Job Summary:
Provide prompt and efficient care to residents meeting their physical, mental, emotional, and social needs in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan. CNAs at Grace Health Center are responsible for assisting residents with all activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, ambulating, positioning, exercises, and communication. All care must be provided with compassion and kindness while preserving the resident’s dignity and a sense independence.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding) and make their days brighter
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring residents' health and safety
- Help residents move around safely, providing support and encouragement
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive atmosphere
- Follow care plans and adhere to facility procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA certification in Pennsylvania
- Experience in long-term care is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient, and energetic personality
- Ability to lift and move residents safely
