Your Role: As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force behind our growth. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Engage & Connect: Generate new business by reaching out to potential customers via email, phone, voicemail, and text.
- Understand & Close: Grasp customers’ needs to close sales and meet our performance metrics.
- Verify & Gather: Confirm application information and collect necessary details.
- Achieve & Excel: Smash daily and monthly sales goals.
- Listen & Build: Use active listening to build rapport and understand customer needs.
- Communicate & Negotiate: Overcome objections with your stellar communication and negotiation skills.
- Deliver & Delight: Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Detail & Accuracy: Ensure meticulous attention to detail when entering customer data.
- Adapt & Perform: Handle other duties as assigned with flexibility and a can-do attitude.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred.
- Call Center Skills: Experience in a call center or service business is a plus.
- Leadership Potential: Leadership skills are a bonus and could lead to future leadership roles.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable multitasking on the phone and computer with strong MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and typing skills.
- Communication Guru: Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, active listening, and call control.
- Closer: Ability to close sales and provide exceptional service.
- Customer Focused: Adaptable to different personality types and committed to confidentiality.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required.
