You'll be at the forefront of our operations, interacting directly with our new customers, and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and precision.
Responsibilities:
As a New Customer Enrollment Specialist, your main duties will include:
1. Managing the new customer enrollment process from beginning to end, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all new clients.
2. Serving as the first point of contact for new customers, providing them with high-quality service and support.
3. Effectively communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless transition and onboarding of new customers.
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
6. Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the enrollment process in a timely and professional manner.
7. Continually seeking ways to improve the new customer enrollment process to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Providing regular reports to the management team on enrollment progress and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the New Customer Enrollment Specialist role should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in new customer enrollment or similar role.
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.
6. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. A customer-centric mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
8. High level of professionalism, with the ability to represent the company positively to new customers.
9. Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently when required.
