ABT Mechanical is a local family-owned and operated HVAC company servicing all of Utah for over 30 years. We provide a wide array of HVAC services for homes and business structures alike. Including installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services. We are looking for New Construction HVAC Installers to join our team!
The ideal applicant will have experience working as an HVAC installer on residential or commercial new construction projects. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in ductwork installation and fabrication as well.
Pay: Up to $32.00/hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion).
Position Summary: To install/replace heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality installation and experience. Supervise the work of other installers, ensuring high quality and timely job performance.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Valid Driver's license & Insurable driving record
- Pass background and drug screen
- Valid EPA Certification
- Basic understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings
- Operate company vehicle daily
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Ability to measure duct work and install all equipment accessories
- Follow directions as given, written and verbal
- Must be able to communicate well with supervisors, homeowners, builders, and other trades
