My client is an industry leader in website design solutions that target the healthcare sector. They are seeking to hire an experienced New Business Sales Rep responsible for prospecting, making outbound calls as well as qualifying prospective clients to identify new business opportunities. Seeking candidates that are extremely driven by success, with the ability and acumen to represent the organization and a strong ability to close sales.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales goals and quotas
- Prospect for new business through outbound communication and quality
- New Business development; develop new clients and relationships
- Build a strong pipeline, manage sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Present product demos to potential clients; educating on integration of marketing and the internet
- Conduct needs analysis and identify available products/solutions
- Close sales; overcoming any objections
- Maintain database; documenting all communications
- Support other sales/account management teams as needed
- Keep well-informed of available products/solutions, market/industry trends
- Articulate the value proposition of solutions and products
- Attend and participate in tradeshows
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 1-2+ years Technology Sales experience
- Inside Sales experience within a call center environment
- Experience prospecting and closing sales
- Documented success in client relationship building
- Ability to navigate, develop and manage relationships amongst key decision makers
- Strong Negotiation and Customer service skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in CRM & ERP; MS Dynamics, Salesforce and/or NetSuite
Offering:
- Base Salary $50,000
- Year 1 @ plan $100,000
- Full Benefits Package, 401K
