Minimum qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in media account management or the advertising industry.
- Experience in a customer-facing role working with digital advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Shopping, Google Analytics, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing and customizing for a customer base.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative, work with minimal guidance, lead, motivate, and work with others.

The Onboarding team plays a critical role in Google’s Acquisitions organization and is responsible for a substantial portion of Google’s advertising business growth across the globe.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$119,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Deliver against assigned customer goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience to Google's advertisers.
- Work with colleagues in New Business Sales (NBS) and Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales to deliver seamless customer handovers and to ensure customer experience.
- Implement ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
- Communicate with customers through phone and email.
- Provide advice and help our advertisers get the best return on their advertising investment by working with them in a consultative role.
