Job Description
Are you a skilled nurse practitioner looking for a fulfilling career in neurology? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner. In this role, you will work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support for individuals with neurological conditions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and non-pharmacologic interventions
- Conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide education and support
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach
- Provide patient and family education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize patient care delivery
- Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose and treat patients with neurological conditions
Nurse Practitioner Requirements:
- 6 Months of Long Term Care Experience
- DEA License
- Nurse Practitioner License
- Experience in Neurology
Salary: $90,000 -$120,000
