_Radius TBI Orlando is looking for an experienced Neurologist to join our growing team! _As one of North America’s largest outpatient centers for traumatic brain injury, our team is dedicated to providing high-level, comprehensive care.
*WHAT TO EXPECT*
In this position, you will diagnose and treat patients with brain and central nervous system disorders and diseases. The practice will also see general neurology patients. You will also perform tests, diagnose patients, provide treatment plans and options, and work with patients’ physicians and surgeons to treat neurological issues.
Responsibilities may include..
* Evaluate patient through questions, examinations, memory tests, or movement activities
* Analyze patient test results.
* Set patient goals and discuss a treatment plan
* Develop treatment plans for medications or therapy to help the patient reach their goal
* Prescribe medications and monitor patient intake
* Recommend surgeons or other further treatments
* Document patient records and progress including symptoms, medications, and treatments. (medical scribe/M.A. provided)
* Educate patient, patient’s family, significant others, and relevant parties of patient progress, treatment, and future goals
* Conduct research to better serve patients
*SCHEDULE*
This is a part-time position, expected 8-16 hours each week. Must be open to work Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM.
*PAY: $150-$200 PER HOUR. *
