A leading provider of intraoperative monitoring (IONM), is looking for a national business development manager. You will have the opportunity to personally interact with physicians, hospital administrators, to strengthen business relationships and build new ones.Qualifications & Responsibilties:Long-term career in spine, brain related medical field, surgery centers or hardwareRelational and strategic thinkerCollaborativeExceptional networkerHas amassed many contactsDemonstrated history of sales successAbility to speak to surgeons and healthcare workers (familiar with healthcare language)Capable of conceptualizing and developing new lines of revenue (someone who is not stumped by new business models)Able to create and execute dealsFamiliar with long-cycle development initiativesWilling and capable of handling required legwork, prospecting as well as mild administrative dutiesDoes not thrive in a micro-managed environment, but has the capacity to accept and take directionEnjoys the idea of a small team environment with little conflict and where opportunity abounds Does not require heavy supervision
