Network Transformation Engineer at eJamerica

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute live network transformation projects to enhance network performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Design, implement, and optimize network solutions using Cisco, Juniper, and F5 technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct network assessments, identify gaps, and recommend best practices for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues during and after transformation projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in network security and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Certifications: CCNA and CCNP (mandatory). Additional certifications in Cisco, Juniper, or F5 technologies are a plus.
• Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in live network transformation projects.
• Proven track record of successfully completing at least 3–4 network transformation projects.
• Expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, and F5 technologies.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, network architecture, and performance optimization.
