About the Job
- Responsible for the engineering of Symphony Communications Collaboration and Compliance Platform.
- Testing and Deployment of Symphony Communications Collaboration and Compliance Platform.
- Plan product upgrades for minimal service outage.
- Coordinate efforts with operations support staff.
- Act as an escalation point for issues.
- Integrate architecture with other chat technologies and communications archiving technologies.
Requirements
- Persistent Chat applications such as Mattermost/Rocket Chat hosted on Linux [Must Have].
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) [Could have].
- MySQL DBA/Development Experience [Could have].
- Engineering experience with Symphony Communications Collaboration and Compliance Platform.
